Add functionality to ingest extracted output from Opto Fiber Benchmark epxerimental workflow and pass to mapper

Kenta updated the experimental workflow to output a csv file with parameters that can be passed to the mapper. This will help further automate future data collection and session metadata generation. Update opto fiber mapper to take in a path to the csv and then map these parameters to the session json file.
