Zero-dispatch int-based access to acsets

We should have an API that accesses the parts and subparts of an ACSet via the indices of objects and morphisms in the schema, which doesn't invoke any dynamics dispatch. This is useful for if we want to efficiently programmatically access the ACSet via virtual machines.
