### AdGuard VPN version
2.9
### Issue Details
Users nay encounter an infinite `Waiting for recovery` state when waking up a device whenever there are connectivity issues causes by network conditions.
The available logs contain:

I: (AppDelegate) Network is reachable
```
### Expected Behavior
AdGuard VPN for Mac should handle this network error gracefully and terminate or recover connection correctly when the affected connection path becomes unavailable.
### Actual Behavior
For affected users, AdGuard VPN for Mac hangs in "Waiting for recovery" state until manually reconnected.
