Intro to Python

Basically the repo we cloned already had an intro to Python so I just kept it. We should have some materials from Python Study Group to use somehow. This issue to discuss what to do with it.

The issue does not identify a file, test, or concrete change. Begin by locating the existing introductory Python material and reviewing the Python Study Group materials; first agree which content should be retained or replaced, then document the chosen scope before implementation.
