Clicking on menu options doesn't load any pages

- **ActivityWatch version**: 0.11.0

## Describe the bug
When I click any of the menu options of the dashboard nothing happens. Sometimes even the dashboard doesn't load at all.

## To Reproduce
1. Run ActivityTracker
2. Click on the icon tray the option Open Dashboard,
3. The browser loads (sometimes) on localhost:5600 and it loads the Home content (the one with the _Hello early user_ message
4. Clicking on any menu option doesn't do anything. No errors on the console either.

## Expected behavior
Something should load!

## Additional context

Start by reproducing the issue through ActivityTracker: use the tray's Open Dashboard option, visit localhost:5600, and click each dashboard menu option. Determine why the dashboard sometimes fails to load and why navigation produces no visible result; done means the dashboard opens reliably and each menu option loads its page without console errors.
