Implematie detacheer van een category.

Voor nu is er een method aangemaakt in de applicatie waar we de Items onder een categorie kunnen bekijken. Maar onder het kruis icoontje zou nog een methode moeten komen om de category los te koppen van het item in de inventaris

Start by finding the existing method that lists items by category and the page section with the cross icon in the inventory UI, then follow the linked controller/route used by that action. Add a detach/unlink action for the item–category relation and connect it to that icon. Validate by running relevant inventory/category tests or a manual flow that removes one category from an item without deleting the item itself.
