find_package(OpenColorIO) broken under cmake 3.29.1

With the recent update of cmake to v3.29.1 (v3.29 was okay before) of GitHub Actions, OpenColorIO started failing not finding its dependencies:

On macOS it fails on expat. On Linux it fails with pystring.

Empieza reproduciendo el fallo de configuración de GitHub Actions de CMake 3.29.1 en CMakeLists.txt:163. Inspecciona build/install/lib/cmake/OpenColorIO/OpenColorIOConfig.cmake y compara el fallo de expat en macOS con el fallo de pystring en Linux. Se considera terminado cuando find_package(OpenColorIO) se configura correctamente en ambas plataformas.
