find_package(OpenColorIO) broken under cmake 3.29.1

With the recent update of cmake to v3.29.1 (v3.29 was okay before) of GitHub Actions, OpenColorIO started failing not finding its dependencies:

On macOS it fails on expat. On Linux it fails with pystring.

Beginne damit, den CMake 3.29.1-Konfigurationsfehler der GitHub Actions bei CMakeLists.txt:163 zu reproduzieren. Untersuche build/install/lib/cmake/OpenColorIO/OpenColorIOConfig.cmake und vergleiche den expat-Fehler unter macOS mit dem pystring-Fehler unter Linux. Als erledigt gilt die Aufgabe, wenn find_package(OpenColorIO) auf beiden Plattformen erfolgreich konfiguriert wird.
