We have Casting Conformance rule that in some cases strongly depends on the metadata. Time, Numbers, etc.

The issue identifies the Casting Conformance rule and metadata handling as the starting points; first locate that rule and the existing implementation related to #555. Review how metadata is represented and how Map inputs are handled, then clarify the supported metadata and input-column behavior with maintainers. Done means the rule accepts the agreed metadata configuration with coverage for the affected cases.
