Add tag "Latest" to the latest version in version pickers

When picking a version add a tag latest next to the update date of the latest version

The issue does not name files, tests, or an entry point. Locate the version-picker implementation and its existing tests, then determine how the latest version is identified and where its update date is rendered. Done means the latest version displays a “Latest” tag next to its update date without changing other version entries.
