Disable "edit schedule" button on old versions of dataset

## Describe the bug
Currently, we are able to edit scheduler on previous versions of Dataset. Disable it the same way we disabled Dataset general edit.

## To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior OR commands run:
1. Go to Dataset version current -1
2. Click edit schedule

## Expected behaviour
Edit schedule button is disabled on previous versions of Dataset

Reproduce by opening a Dataset version before the current one and checking the Edit schedule button. Look for the existing implementation that disables general Dataset editing on old versions and compare the schedule-edit control to it. Done means previous Dataset versions show the schedule edit button disabled while the current version remains editable.
