[BUG]: Error after generating quiz (all question types)

### Description

While generating a quiz using the **all question types option**, after a long loading/scrolling, the output page crashes and shows a runtime error.

### Observed Behavior

* Page loads for some time (with scrolling/loading)
* Then shows error:

```text
Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'forEach')
```

* The quiz output is not displayed

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Generate a quiz with all question types
2. Wait for loading to complete
3. Navigate to output page
4. Observe crash

### Expected Behavior

Quiz should render properly with all generated questions.
