Feat: Add text to speech so the application reads out loud the opponent's statement

Present
- User has to read the opponent's message which is bad for UX
- User gets very short time to give his statement, but most of time go in reading the opponent's statement which is frustrating
- For bot opponent, although it writes with umm, uh and breaks, reading it is hard

Proposed changes
- Add text to speech for both bot opponent and player opponent
- Use SSML to have natural speech with breaks and low/high pitch
