説明
UI says 'Tap 4 Times' but navigates when tapCount >= 3. Counter shows 0,1,2,3 then jumps - confusing. Initial tap that brings count to 3 also navigates immediately.\n\nFile: Frontend/src/Screens/SOSAlertScreen.jsx, lines 10-16\nFix: Adjust to check after increment so user sees all 4 tap counts
