populate JID resource on outgoing messages

説明
When converting an incoming SMS into an XMPP message, we use a bare JID. I'm pretty sure that we're supposed to use a JID with a resource since we're pretending that the external SMS user has a normal XMPP client.
I should review the RFC to make sure.
