dao_aa.cairo need to be understand to create the hook to interact with this smart_contract
- [ ] Add hook to create a DAO
- [ ] Create UI with mocked data for a DAO
- [ ] Create DAO card
- [ ] DAO Screen detail: dao contract address, and proposal list
- [ ] Hook to create_proposal
- [ ] Hook to cast_vote
