[Error] opensuse netcfg failed to upgrade

**Describe the bug**
When installing netcfg for a distrobox based on OpenSuSE tumbleweed then I receive the following error:

```
error: unpacking of archive failed on file /etc/hostnamel;8320b: cpio: rename failed - Device or resource busy
```

This was reported also here: https://forums.opensuse.org/t/error-to-upgrade-netcfg-distrobox/181934

However, the solution to umount /etc/hostname does not help

**To Reproduce**
```
distrobox enter test
sudo zypper in netcfg -y
```

**Expected behavior**
I can install the netcfg package without issues. It works outside distrobox, so I assume that it is not the package.

**Desktop (please complete the following information):**

podman: 5.8.1

distrobox: 1.8.2.4

on opensuse tumbleweed, the distrobox is installed from the OpenSuSE repository

Lỗi xảy ra khi cài đặt netcfg bên trong một container distrobox OpenSuSE, với /etc/hostname được báo là đang bận. Hãy bắt đầu bằng việc xem xét cách distrobox quản lý các mount của container và những tệp như /etc/hostname. Xem mã nguồn distrobox để tìm hiểu phần thiết lập container và logic entry, đặc biệt là quanh các bind mount. Tái hiện sự cố trong một container kiểm thử để xem tệp có bị một tiến trình khóa hay không. Kiểm tra xem upstream podman hoặc OpenSuSE có workaround hoặc bản sửa lỗi nào đã biết hay không.
