pre-aggregation table migration

Pre-aggregation tables should be migrated automatically with base table.

Currently the pre-aggregation tables are co-partitioned with base tables. So if we are going to migrate the base table, we have to migrate the pre-aggregation tables at the same time.

Users can manually check what are the pre-aggregation tables associated with the base table and migrate manually. However it's better to do the migration of pre-aggregation tables automatically.

The issue is about automating migration of co-partitioned pre-aggregation tables when a base table is migrated. Start by locating the table migration logic in the codebase, then identify how pre-aggregation tables are defined and linked to base tables. Understanding the partitioning scheme and the existing migration commands is key. The goal is to extend the migration process to automatically include these dependent tables.
