Pre-aggregation tables should be migrated automatically with base table.

Currently the pre-aggregation tables are co-partitioned with base tables. So if we are going to migrate the base table, we have to migrate the pre-aggregation tables at the same time.

Users can manually check what are the pre-aggregation tables associated with the base table and migrate manually. However it's better to do the migration of pre-aggregation tables automatically.

The issue is about automating migration of co-partitioned pre-aggregation tables when a base table is migrated. Start by locating the table migration logic in the codebase, then identify how pre-aggregation tables are defined and linked to base tables.
