Transformer Videos not running - different errors; missing data/files

Hello,

did anyone of you get the Transformer animations to work? I get various error messages. Apparently there is data stored in the default paths that obviously can't be loaded, because they are 3b1b personal paths.
I would be grateful for any help. I would also appreciate a general tutorial on how I can get the videos to work.

Currently, I work on Win11 with VS Code. I also got access to Mac and Linux, if it works better.
