docs: update CLAUDE.md with workflow fix and browser requirements

Updates to `CLAUDE.md`:

- Fix workflow order: contracts → MockChain → local node → binaries (testnet contract testing) → frontend (testnet). Local node validates before testnet, frontend comes last.
- Document that the Miden wallet browser extension is testnet-only. The local-node frontend workflow requires testnet deployment first.
- Playwright requires Chrome. Arc and other Chromium-based browsers fail silently. Add to the browser verification section.
