Fix broken Miden Bank Tutorial references in builder docs

`patterns.md` and `overview.md` reference `[Miden Bank Tutorial](../tutorials/miden-bank/)` but this tutorial is imported from the external tutorials repo at build time. The link path should be verified to ensure it resolves correctly after the build, and fixed or removed if it doesn't.
