Update Umineko MacOS Executables in wiki + installer

Just now we had a MacOS user who wanted to install the voice-only Umineko mod, and wouldn't run

I remember having this problem in the past, but I don't think it was resolved. It could be related to them using an M1 Mac/newer MacOS version, but not sure if that is the reason.

I instead sent the user our fork of PONscripter to try out, which at least boots up and runs fine (for now).

I'll wait a little while to see if there are any issues, but I think we should replace all the MacOS exes with our fork of PONscripter (or maybe just the voice only versions?),

The same forked Ponscripter executable can be used for both the voice-only and full mod, due to the extra features Tellow put in for our mod.

Il problema riguarda l'aggiornamento della wiki e dell'installer per utilizzare un eseguibile PONscripter forkato per macOS. Inizia individuando le pagine della wiki menzionate, come i collegamenti per l'installazione manuale e la pagina specifica con il messaggio di rinomina. Controlla il repository per eventuali script di installazione o file di configurazione che fanno riferimento ai vecchi eseguibili. Sostituisci i collegamenti ai vecchi eseguibili con la nuova versione forkata e aggiorna l'istruzione di rinomina se il nuovo eseguibile non la richiede più. Verifica le modifiche controllando la struttura della wiki e qualsiasi script di installazione associato.
