Description

Just now we had a MacOS user who wanted to install the voice-only Umineko mod, and wouldn't run

I remember having this problem in the past, but I don't think it was resolved. It could be related to them using an M1 Mac/newer MacOS version, but not sure if that is the reason.

I instead sent the user our fork of PONscripter to try out, which at least boots up and runs fine (for now).

I'll wait a little while to see if there are any issues, but I think we should replace all the MacOS exes with our fork of PONscripter (or maybe just the voice only versions?),

The same forked Ponscripter executable can be used for both the voice-only and full mod, due to the extra features Tellow put in for our mod.

TODO:

- [ ] Update wiki manual installation links (for both voice-only and normal mods) to use our forked MacOS exe
- [ ] Update installer to use those same executables
- [ ] Fix "MacOSX Only: you might need to rename the 0.u file to 0.utf" message on this page https://07th-mod.com/wiki/Umineko/Umineko-Part-1.1---Voices-only-Patch/ , if the new exe is used.

Research direction

The issue is about updating the wiki and installer to use a forked PONscripter executable for macOS. Start by locating the wiki pages mentioned, such as the manual installation links and the specific page with the rename message. Check the repository for any installer scripts or configuration files that reference the old executables. Replace the old executable links with the new forked version and update the rename instruction if the new executable no longer requires it. Verify changes by checking the wiki's structure and any associated installation scripts.
