Add NVL mode option

I'm aware that this is a legacy patch, but in previous versions of this patch you were able to read it in the standard NVL mode. However, in the most recent version you're forced to read it in some pseudo ADV mode implementation, which makes the reading experience significantly worse in my opinion to the extent of making reading it unbearable because the text is not adequately taking up the screen. Please allow for users to read with NVL mode, like in older versions of this patch.
