rdbg requires some gems such as reline, irb before bundle/setup.
It means rdbg loads latest gems and it can conflict with specified versions in Gemfile.
I have no answer now, but I file it for the memo.
Maybe rdbg dependent gems should be disabled in configuration like no_reline setting.
