首先查看复现详情和引用的 issue 169，然后在包含许多 DOM 节点的页面以及较慢的设备上复现 tooltip 行为。跟踪负责强制 reflow 的 tooltip 定位或测量路径；完成标准是在不破坏 tooltip 放置的情况下减少不必要的 reflow。

出现这个问题的情况：
1，页面的DOM节点过度，每次重排浏览器需要计算时间较多时。
2，电脑性能较差。
这个问题呢很早就被提出过一直没有人去关心与处理，或者有没有更好的办法处理此问题？
