Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm always frustrated when students can not include simple static resources like images and sounds to their projects.
Describe the solution you'd like
Create a simple static resource manager that uploads project artifacts to S3 per project.
Additional context
I will have to come up with a simple design for the idea.
I will hopefully open a PR for this idea in the next month.
