Bug Domain: LS: Symbol Navigation 
/// <reference lib="[|es2025|]" />

In TypeScript 6, go to definition works on any position in the string and jumps you to the appropriate lib.es2025.d.ts.

In TypeScript 7, this no longer works.

I assume we have a test that was disabled at some point. If that exists, we should bring it back.
