Text annotations: add extra options to expanded annotation – including removal

Issue
The user should also be able to delete a text annotation when it is expanded (as well as when closed, as currently possible).
Expected behaviour
When the user right-clicks on an expanded annotation there should be options for "Annotation properties" and "Remove Annotation" (just like the closed annotation.
