WARNING: The script pipdeptree.exe is installed in 'C:\Users\Lin\Desktop\tmp2\py311_renlai\Scripts' which is not on PATH.
Consider adding this directory to PATH or, if you prefer to suppress this warning, use --no-warn-script-location.

When I install something using "pip", I got this warning. When I set "no-warn-script-location = false" in pip.ini, there is no such waring. So I wonder if it's something wrong with this option.
