Start with the SideMenuPlugin and its onMouseMove method, which currently controls when the side menu appears. Determine how to expose a configuration option for restricting it to the editor area, then verify that the menu stays hidden when the cursor is outside the editor and still appears for eligible positions inside it.

描述
Currently the side menu will appear next to the block where the cursors mouse Y position overlaps. It would be great if we could configure this behaviour to only appear when the mouse cursors position is inside of the editor.
This behaviour is currently controlled within the SideMenuPlugin under the onMouseMove method.
