Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be nice that in some instances I want to actually Restart the app while in HMR/LiveSync mode it could be easily triggered.
Describe the solution you'd like
In my NS-LiveEdit plugin, I watched the keyboard for certain keys; "R" would force a restart of the app.
