Support Typescript 5

运行 tns info 并检查项目的 package.json，以确认 Angular 16、TypeScript 5 和 TSLib 2.5 版本。按照 NativeScript 文档中的说明使用自定义 activity 重现该故障；完成标准是应用正常启动，并且可以使用自定义 activity，而不会出现所报告的 class-not-found 错误。
