Start by reproducing meshing on a domain containing non-contiguous phases and inspect the post-processing that assigns region label 0. Trace how connectivity is handled and determine the expected labels for isolated clusters; the issue is done when those cells are assigned correctly without breaking contiguous-phase meshing.

描述
Currently, if the domain to be meshed has non-contiguous phases (i.e., isolated clusters), the meshed region are assigned to the label 0. The post-processing used to re-assign such cells is perfectible. I was not aware this issue was related to connectivity, now that i know what produce the region label 0, I can make a better post-processing.
