描述
The formatCode valueset currently includes the CodeSystem of http://dicom.nema.org/resources/ontology/DCMUID - https://github.com/IHE/FormatCode/blob/23fd368a9e50fd13eaa7e73eff47a4695287ddf9/input/resources/valueset-formatcode.xml#L57 - but the valueset cannot be expanded (also stated in the IG - https://build.fhir.org/ig/IHE/FormatCode/ValueSet-formatcode.html#expansion ) and hence - is hard to use.
