Time calculation wrong and misleading

描述

Summary

if you saw the image the time took ~1000 minutes and that is because I sometimes forget about it and there is a confirm command yes/no makes it stoppes but not the timer.

Expected Behavior

the time should stop while the confirm is wating and continue again

Actual Behavior

the timer keep continue even I left it for days

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. start a cmd session
2. wait when there is a confirm and leave it.
