`SuppressMessageAttribute` not working for ScriptBlock params

使用 PSReviewUnusedParameter 規則重現 PowerShell 範例，並確認對於 $wordToComplete 會忽略 suppression attribute。追蹤 ScriptBlock 參數的 analyzer 進入點，並檢查其現有測試（如果有）。當該規則不再回報該參數，同時保留對未抑制參數的目前行為時，即表示完成。

Steps to reproduce

Expected behavior

Rule `PSReviewUnusedParameter` doesn't trigger for parameter `$wordToComplete`.

Actual behavior

Rule `PSReviewUnusedParameter` triggers for parameter `$wordToComplete`.
