test init messes up project

使用 tns create demo-test --tsc、tns test init 和 tns test ios 重現失敗，然後檢查 lib/common/mobile/mobile-core/devices-service.js 中回報的 CLI 路徑。追蹤 Mocha 測試設定的初始化方式，並判斷必須進行哪些變更，才能讓產生的 TypeScript 專案在沒有匯入錯誤的情況下執行其 iOS 測試。
