先在 Linux 上的 Command Code 0.25.12 中重現此問題：將一則後續訊息加入佇列、執行 /compact，並觀察待處理訊息是否會送出或能否從佇列中移除。追蹤 /compact 命令與佇列訊息處理的進入點。完成的標準是：佇列中的後續訊息會在壓縮完成後自動執行，且不會一直卡住。
由索引模型根據 Issue 內容生成。

Expected Behavior
As soon as /compact is done /
No pending tasks are being made we send the queued message.
Actual Behavior
Well it doesnt send, and we cant unqueue it.
Should automatically execute the follow up message after compact is done
