Add TypeScript types for parsers

**Feature request**
It would be great to have pagination for lib.

**Use case**
Many users need this functionality for production deployments.

**Implementation idea**
Add a new config option `enable_pagination` with default `false`.

Start by reconciling the title's TypeScript parser-types request with the body, which instead describes pagination for lib and an `enable_pagination` option. No files, tests, or entry points are named, so first locate the parser and configuration entry points, then confirm the intended scope and acceptance criteria with the maintainers.
