Optimize components for large datasets

**Description**
Currently utils lacks proper pagination support.

**Proposed solution**
Add configurable pagination with sensible defaults.

**Priority**: Low/Medium

Start by locating the utils code and the component paths that process large datasets. Read how those paths currently handle collections and identify where pagination configuration belongs. Done means pagination is configurable, has sensible defaults, and supports the affected large-dataset workflows.
