enhancement SmartBar

Sometimes to edit CSV or JSON documents, I have to switch to another app just to perform case conversion since I use snake and kebab in these contexts. It is convenient to have all the cases within VS.

Edit: I realized that Smart Bar doesn't have Pascal and Camel as well, so I edited the title to include them.
