That has slipped my radar... this information is currently available in the WPRDF itself, like:
:somePathway wp:pathwayOntologyTag <http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/PW_0000034>
But this is currently not generated as link set... but with a SPARQL CONSTRUCT query this would be
trivial... that is, the VoID will be more work :/
