Show average component load time some how

Developers should be very concerned about load time today, so it would be nice to show the current time it took to load and show the component. If some average can be shown instead that would be even better, ie. average time on common devices or similar.

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. First define whether to measure current component load time or an average across common devices, then locate the relevant component-loading path and establish how the result should be displayed and validated.
