Description
Many requirements have already been described and included in Web standards, and browsers have implemented them, but many authors are unaware of them or are unwilling to use them for various reasons. It would be useful to better track and address these issues.
很多需求已经描述出来了，标准里也有了，浏览器也实现了，但是很多人不知道，或者因为某些原因不愿意用，我们希望能够更好地追踪和解决这些问题。
