问号与叹号连用时占一个汉字位置可能过于「拥挤」

规范中说道：
排版上，《标点符号用法》规定问号与叹号连用时，占一个字位置；两个问号或叹号叠用时，占一个字位置；三个问号或叹号叠用时，占两个字位置。

实际效果可能过于拥挤，调节为 1.5ic 是否更合适？
例如在：部编版八年级语文上册-阅读 17 昆明的雨(P86-P90) ，问号与叹号连用时右侧还有一定的空隙。
（当然，本身这个书本里的排版效果一般，需要更好的例证）
