包括但不限于：
- 非必要的直引号（dumb quotes）应改为弯引号（smart quotes）；另，可能需要统一英语文本中单双引号的体例。
- 英语文本中的 dash/hyphen 使用，可能需要校对；例如，部分应使用 em dash 的地方，使用了两侧带空格的 hyphen（部分已修订，见 #492）。
- 英语中表示所有格的撇号，应从直撇号（'）改为弯撇号（’）。
