Resolv::DNS::DecodeError: limit exceeded

Start by examining lib/slack/real_time/concurrency/celluloid.rb and lib/slack/real_time/socket.rb, the entry points shown in the stack trace, and reproduce the Resolv::DNS::DecodeError during connection. No test or expected behavior is provided; done would require identifying the cause, defining the intended connection behavior, and adding a verified fix or regression coverage.

Has anybody seen this before? I thought this might be a rate limiting issue but I'm not having issues with the web client. I also deleted my Slack app and recreated it but I'm still having this issue.
