Firefox Websocket/connection issue

Start by reproducing the issue with @salesforce/plugin-lightning-dev@next using the default command on Firefox, then inspect the console and the WebSocket endpoint at wss://localhost:8081. Compare the Firefox connection failure and SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG with behavior in another browser; done means live updates work without console errors.

Summary

Cannot connect to websockets in console and updates don't hot-reload as expected.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Using sf plugins install @salesforce/plugin-lightning-dev@next on v3.3..
2. launch with default command
3. Page loads correctly at first but live-updates dont work
4. Check console for error messages

Expected Result

Live update works without errors.

Actual Result

Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at wss://localhost:8081...
